加拿大银行16日宣布升息一码，为全球经济开始复苏以来最先升息的工业国家。
加拿大银行将商业银行间的隔夜拆款基准目标利率调升一码，成为2.25％，重贴现率升为2.50％，使加拿大的基本利率比美国联邦准备理事会（Fed）的联邦资金利率高出0.5个百分点。
