多伦多警方表示，周一晚上10点25分左右深夜，在士嘉堡和万锦交界的 Steeles Avenue和Reesor Road发生迎头对撞车祸有“多人”受伤。医护人员后来证实，现场有一人被宣布死亡，另外两人受重伤。碰撞发生后至少有一辆汽车着火，多伦多消防局也被叫到现场。到目前为止，还没有关于碰撞发生原因的消息。
