非典型肺炎引起全球重视，香港明网报导，除了飞沫传染，非典型肺炎也不排除接触传染途径，民众应勤于洗手。
报导引述香港立法会议议员劳永乐的话指出，越来越多证据显示，非典型肺炎的病毒为接触传染，所以要多洗手；此外，导致非典型肺炎的病毒主要是进入肺部，因此不是病从口入。
