27日早晨7时30分左右，湖南长沙市井湾子韶山南路643号湖南东方红建设集团上海城19栋项目部发生一起建筑施工升降机挂篮坠落事故，目前已经造成17死1重伤。
事故发生后，湖南省、长沙市相关负责人立即赶赴现场组织指挥抢险救援工作，将伤者及时送往医院救治。目前，事故原因正在调查。
