多伦多地区的房屋去年一年平均升值6.3%，但是因为多数买主将目标转往郊区，因此市区的屋价涨势在未来12个月将会趋缓。
预料今年多伦多市的屋价攀升幅度将不超过4.5%，但郊区屋价会以较大幅度上升。
去年多伦多出售房屋的平均屋价是29万3067元，较前一年的27万5371元明显提高。
较之1996年房市低潮的19万8150元更是大幅提升。
