安省警方和加拿大运输安全委员会(TSB)正在调查发生在渥太华市以东小飞机坠毁事件，事故造成一死一伤。
TSB表示，一架塞斯纳150飞机周三下午在Alexandria坠毁，调查人员正在收集该事件的信息。
省警说，事故发生在Alexandria机场所在的Power Dam Road，时间是下午1点刚过。
飞行员在现场被宣告死亡，机上一名乘客因伤势严重被送往医院。
Power Dam Road已被关闭进行调查。警方要求居民避开该地区。
