The TTC has announced that effective Monday morning their workers will be on-strike.
98.1 CHFI wants to help you get to work with the “98.1 CHFI Free Ride.”
Monday morning between 7 and 11 a.m. we’ll have 6 free buses riding up and down Yonge Street, from Eglinton to Union Station. We’ll make stops at the regular subway intersections – Davisville, Saint Clair, and so on. And although it’s not enough to get EVERYONE where they want to go, we’ll try to help as many people as we can.
So if you’ve got places to go, and no way to get there…take a ride on the CHFI Free Ride…from the station that gets you going in the morning… Today’s Lite Music, 98.1 CHFI.
Here is how you get a spot on the “98.1 CHFI Free Ride.”
Monday morning starting at 7:00am look for the 6 buses with CHFI logo on them riding up and down Yonge Street. At all of the major intersections (see map below) we will have station representatives with “bus stop” signs. These are the official waiting stops for the “free ride.”
We will be stopping at the following subway Station Stops:
Union
Queen
Dundas
College
Wellesley
Bloor/Yonge
Summerhill
St. Clair
Davisville
Eglinton
