周末下厨:油酥麻酱烧饼的作法

主料:面粉辅料:芝麻调料:盐、五香粉、酵母、花椒粉、酱豆腐、 芝麻酱

烹制方法:

1、将面粉中加入水、少许酵母和成面团,常温下醒发20分钟备用 ;

2、芝麻酱加入酱豆腐、少许水、五香粉、花椒粉搅拌均匀;

3、将面团擀成一张薄片,均匀抹上芝麻酱,先卷成长卷,再揪成大 小均匀的团儿,制成烧饼,一面粘匀芝麻。平锅中加少许油,温油时 将烧饼放入,小火煎至两面金黄即可。

特点:金黄酥香,风味独特。
